Yes, our first Mobility Certification is the perfect foundation for this course as it teaches you how to assess joint function & understand the science behind mobility training. You can implement that with the in depth strength & mobility exercises we will teach in this course.

Is this good for newbies?

We recommend first doing our Mobility Certification but you will still gather a lot of information from this course (but you will not know how to do joint assessments unless you do our first course)

I found Hali on Instagram and I am so amazed by her mobility work and how she overcomes her injuries through mobility practice and rehabilitation.
